This policy explains what happens to your details when you sign up for The 30-Day Content System for Skincare & Supplement Brands from HelloGraciela Digital Studio. We've kept it short and plain.

Who we are

HelloGraciela Digital Studio is the trade name of HelloGraciela Digital Marketing Services. We're responsible for your personal information under this policy.

What we collect

• Your first name and email address, which you give us in the sign-up form.
• Basic email activity recorded by our email tool, such as whether an email was delivered and opened, which links were clicked, and when you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed. Along with this, the tool may log technical details such as your IP address and device or browser type.

We don't ask for anything else, and please don't send us sensitive information such as health details.

Why we use it

• To send you the 30-Day Content System.
• To send you a few follow-up emails about using it and about HelloGraciela Digital Studio's content and services, including an invitation to book a call.
• To see, in general terms, which emails are useful, so we can improve them.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up and confirm your email. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing.

Who we share it with

• We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• We use Kit (ConvertKit) to run the sign-up form and send our emails. Kit processes your details on our behalf, under its Data Processing Addendum (https://kit.com/dpa). Kit's own privacy policy is at https://kit.com/privacy.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Kit is based in the United States and may store and process data there and in other countries. Kit says it uses safeguards such as contractual clauses for international transfers.

Links in our emails, such as to the PDF on Google Drive or to our booking page, take you to services that have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, you stop getting emails straight away. We keep a minimal record (your email address and the date you unsubscribed) so we don't email you again by mistake. If you ask us to delete your details, we'll remove them from our list and from Kit, except where we need to keep a record by law.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of every email.
• Access, correct or delete your information, or ask a question, by emailing graciela@hellograciela.com. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm it's really you first.
• If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. In the Philippines, that's the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under applicable data protection laws, and we'll respect them. These laws include the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Keeping it safe

Only HelloGraciela Digital Studio and Kit, as our service provider, can access the list. We use reasonable measures to protect it, including secure, password-protected accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care.

Who this is for

The 30-Day Content System is for business owners and professionals. It isn't intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell subscribers by email.
